Rounds provides several reports to help you understand check-in patterns and performance.

Available Reports

Submissions Report

  • View all check-in submissions

  • Filter by date, location, staff, or status

  • Export to CSV for external analysis

    • Compliance Report

  • See percentage of completed vs missed check-ins

  • Identify problem areas or staff

  • Track trends over time

    • Staff Performance

  • Individual staff metrics

  • On-time percentage

  • Average completion time

    • Reading the Dashboard

    Overview Cards

  • Total submissions this period

  • Missed check-ins

  • Compliance rate percentage

  • Active locations count

  • Navigate to the report you want

  • Set your filters (date range, etc.)

  • Click Export or download icon

  • Choose format (CSV, Excel)
