Schedule Templates

If you have similar schedules across multiple locations or teams, templates can save you time.

When to Use Templates


  • Multiple locations with identical check-in requirements

  • Onboarding new locations quickly

  • Standardizing processes across teams
  • Creating a Template from Existing Schedule


  • Open an existing schedule

  • Click More Options (three dots)

  • Select Save as Template

  • Give it a descriptive name

  • Choose which settings to include
  • Applying a Template


  • Go to Schedules > Templates

  • Select a template

  • Click Create Schedule from Template

  • Customize location and staff assignments

  • Save the new schedule
