Managing Payment Methods

Add, update, or change your payment methods

Payment Methods

Keep your payment methods up to date to ensure uninterrupted service.

Accepted Payment Methods

Rounds accepts:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover
  • Adding a Payment Method


  • Go to Account > Subscription

  • Click Payment Methods

  • Click Add Payment Method

  • Enter card details:

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • Security code (CVV)

  • Billing address

  • Click Save
  • Setting Default Payment

    If you have multiple cards:

  • Go to Payment Methods

  • Find the card you want as default

  • Click Set as Default
  • The default card is charged for all subscriptions.

    Updating a Card

    When your card expires or changes:

  • Go to Payment Methods

  • Click Edit on the card

  • Update the details

  • Save changes
  • Or add a new card and remove the old one.

    Removing a Payment Method


  • Go to Payment Methods

  • Click Remove on the card

  • Confirm removal
  • Note: You can't remove your last/only payment method while subscribed.

    Failed Payments

    If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification

  • Update your payment method

  • Payment will retry automatically

  • Service continues during grace period
  • After multiple failures:

  • Service may be suspended

  • Contact support if issues persist
  • Security


  • Card details are securely stored by our payment processor

  • We never see or store your full card number

  • PCI DSS compliant processing

  • You can remove cards anytime
  • Receipts and Invoices

    After successful payments:

  • Receipt emailed automatically

  • Available in Billing History

  • Download PDFs for records
