Manage your subscription, understand pricing, and handle payments

Subscription Management

Understanding Your Plan

Your subscription determines:

  • Number of staff members

  • Number of locations

  • Monthly submission limits

  • Available features
  • View your current plan at Account > Subscription.

    Upgrading Your Plan

    As your needs grow, you can upgrade:

  • Go to Account > Subscription

  • Click Change Plan

  • Select your new plan

  • Confirm the change
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.

    Managing Payment Methods


  • Go to Account > Subscription

  • Click Payment Methods

  • Add or update your card

  • Set a default payment method
  • Understanding Invoices


  • Invoices are generated monthly

  • View all invoices in Account > Subscription > Billing History

  • Download PDF invoices for your records

  • Unpaid invoices may result in service interruption
  • Usage Limits

    If you reach your plan limits:

  • You'll see a warning banner

  • Some actions may be restricted

  • Upgrade or remove unused items to continue
  • Cancellation

    To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to Account > Subscription

  • Click Cancel Subscription

  • Your access continues until the end of the billing period

  • Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
