Staff Can't Check In

"Outside check-in radius" error

  • Staff is too far from the location

  • Increase the location radius (try 50-100m)

  • Verify GPS coordinates are accurate

  • Staff should go outdoors or near windows for better GPS
  • App shows wrong location

  • Force-close and reopen the app

  • Enable high-accuracy GPS mode

  • Wait 30 seconds for GPS to stabilize
  • "No scheduled check-in" error

  • Verify the schedule is active

  • Check if staff is assigned to the schedule

  • Ensure current time is within the check-in window
  • Login Issues

    Forgot password

  • Click "Forgot Password" on login page

  • Check email (including spam folder)

  • Contact admin if email not received
  • Account locked

  • Wait 30 minutes for automatic unlock

  • Or contact your administrator
  • Notifications Not Working

    Email not received

  • Check spam/junk folder

  • Verify email address is correct

  • Check notification settings are enabled
