Admin Dashboard Troubleshooting

Solutions for issues you might encounter in the Rounds admin dashboard.

Page Not Loading

Clear browser cache:

  • Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac)

  • Select "Cached images and files"

  • Clear data

  • Refresh the page
  • Try incognito/private mode:

  • Opens browser without extensions or cache

  • If it works, a browser extension may be the issue
  • Try different browser:

  • Rounds works best in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge

  • Avoid Internet Explorer
  • Login Issues

    Session expired

  • Log out completely

  • Clear cookies for the site

  • Log in again
  • "Unauthorized" error

  • Your permissions may have changed

  • Contact your administrator

  • Log out and in to refresh permissions
  • Data Not Updating

    Refresh the page

  • Click refresh or press F5

  • Data loads fresh from server
  • Check filters

  • Date range might exclude recent data

  • Location or staff filters might hide results

  • Clear all filters and try again
  • Export Problems

    Download not starting

  • Check popup blocker settings

  • Try different browser

  • Reduce date range for smaller export
  • Export file is empty

  • Verify filters return data first

  • Check date range includes submissions
  • Slow Performance

    Large data sets

  • Apply filters to reduce data

  • Use date ranges instead of "all time"

  • Export data for analysis offline
  • Browser issues

  • Close unused tabs

  • Clear browser cache

  • Restart browser
  • Display Issues

    Charts not showing

  • Disable ad blockers temporarily

  • Enable JavaScript

  • Try different browser
  • Mobile display problems

  • Use landscape mode for tables

  • Or access from desktop/laptop
  • Notification Settings Not Saving


  • Check all required fields
