Notification Overview

Rounds can send notifications via email, SMS, and push notifications to keep you informed about important events.

Notification Types

Missed Check-in Alerts
Sent when a scheduled check-in is not completed on time.

  • Configure grace period (e.g., alert after 15 minutes late)

  • Choose recipients (admins, supervisors, or custom)

  • Set quiet hours to avoid overnight alerts
  • Submission Notifications
    Sent when staff complete check-ins.

  • Useful for supervisors monitoring teams

  • Can filter to only alert on issues/failures

  • Include submission summary in notification
  • Administrative Alerts
    System notifications about:

  • New staff registrations

  • Location changes

  • Schedule modifications

  • Go to Settings > Notifications
